It all starts with understanding how you see the world. It's important for us to grasp your perspective so that we can provide unbiased guidance. We achieve this by understanding your archetypal mix, which is revealed by the FREE quiz you took. This quiz sheds light on your communication style, tone, and motivations. Some find it scary how accurately the archetype quiz can depict their personality.

Choosing Your Path of Success

Once we understand your archetypal mix, you can choose from our three 12-month packages: Self-guided, Group-guided, and 1on1.

All packages offer some form of live support. We will set up a meeting to discuss the benefits of each package and help you make a decision from there.

The Big BAM Process

This is where the transformation begins to take place and the "magic" starts to happen. Our signature framework, which has been tested countless times, doesn't tell you what to think, but how to think. It shows you how to be an effective guide and position your offer in a way that attracts the audience that needs your solution. It's an introspective process, and most find it very challenging, but it's necessary to emerge where they want to be.

Depending on the path you choose, the framework will be presented in one of the following ways:

  • Self-guided online

  • Group-guided 3-day workshop (1/2 days)

  • 1-on-1 1-day (it can take only 4-6 hours, but you'll be done for the day)

The BAMshot

This is our brand blueprint, created using The Big BAM Process. We take your handwritten notes and transcribe them, calibrating them based on your business variables to create a unique success path through our brand blueprint. This document is tangible and will help keep you focused and clear on how to turn your vision into reality. 

The brand blueprint is crucial, and The Big BAM Process is what enables us to achieve it. We then meet with you to go over the results.

The BAMFam

Our community offers not only consulting and learning paths but guided accountability to help you implement the success path we create together. We provide the support you need to grow and scale your business into an unforgettable brand. Our resources and opportunities for continued education build upon the path you're already following, synergizing your efforts and providing deeper clarity. You'll find like-minded business owners in your industry who face the same struggles as you, and you can learn from the wisdom of many.

Product Offer Strategy

This service is included in the Group Guided and 1-on-1 consulting paths but not in the Self-guided path. It builds on the work we did together in The Big BAM Process and what manifested in the BAMshot. We take a deeper dive into your offer and flesh out the details to confirm the best offer and the audience that already wants what you have to offer. We identify the pain points in your features and the benefits that bring the hope your audience desires. This reveals the package they NEED.

Client Journey

This is included in the Group Guided and 1-on-1 consulting path but not the Self-guided path. We use a visual representation of the DNA framework to create the client journey. This framework consists of different stages that your clients go through, even if they are not conscious of it. We bring what has traditionally been presented as a linear solution to life with more dimension and structure, creating infinite possibilities that have symbiotic relationships with each stage and any supportive add-ons that you offer.

Annual BAMshot Evaluation

This is included in every 12-month consulting package we offer. We believe that taking time to reflect on both successes and failures is crucial to making the necessary adjustments for the growth and success of your brand. Near the end of your 12-month engagement with us, you will participate in a half-day workshop to test the substance of your brand blueprint. This workshop is offered quarterly to align with the fiscal quarters.

Recurring - After the First Year

Just as your car needs regular check-ups and maintenance to keep all its parts working together, we offer continued support to help make your vision a reality. We call this the "foundational" phase of your business's identity. This year, our focus is on growth and expansion, but we encourage you to spend your budget elsewhere. We will only provide calibration when needed to help keep you accountable and achieve the success you know is possible.
